This is AOC Pinolerese. Basically Barbera with potentially a bunch of other grapes in it. Floral, purple berry nose, with a little crushed rock and sweat notes. Stony and brambly in the mouth, with lots of acidity and crunchy berry fruit. Short, cleansing finish. Decent weeknight dinner wine.

We enjoyed this more the second night. Sweet red berries on the nose and similar red berry notes, but mellowed out the next day.

Reminds me of a village burgundy type wine. Well balanced between fruit, earth, and acidity. Definitely worth a try and with food.
