Вино гранатового цвета, в аромате уваренные вишня, клубника, ежевичный джем. Яркий тон горького шоколада и немного ментола и табака. Вкус повторяет ароматику, добавляется явная ромовая вишня. Во вкусе вино свежее - Кислотность выше среднего; средние танины, не выпирают, достаточно бархатные. Долгое послевкусие. В целом сбалансированное вино, с яркой ароматикой и вкусом. Very good :)
Medium garnet color . No sediment, no CO2. Medium+ intense aromas: cooked cherry, cooked strawberry, blueberry jam, dark chocolate, rum cherry, mint, tobacco leaves. Developing.
The wine is dry, medium+ acidity, medium body, medium alcohol, medium tannins, medium+ intense flavor : cooked cherry, rum cherry, dark chocolate, tobacco. Long finish.
Very good wine.
Drink now, has potential for aging.

Unabashedly big #brunellodimontalcino - Enchanting wild cherry, stewed plum + earthy sous bois scents. Wild cherry, strawberry palate, focused acidity and firm tannins on the finish. My second bottle will surely benefit from a decant but still an incredible wine paired with braised short rib and risotto. Drinks more elegant than the 15.5% ABV might suggest.

Dark garnet in color, nose of earth, wood and black plum. At first smooth with a touch of fruit but then very dry and tannic after a few seconds. Not too acidic- needs food to balance.

Apr 26th, 2021Powerful. The exact word. Strong aromas of a red currant, red berry - the fruits are dry; then a licorice, a dark chocolate, even a baked tomato(?). Needs a decantation (of course) - at least four hours. The finish is long with a mild pepper.

Excellent nose and full of flavor. A bit of tannins still but a great wine. Let it open for an hour and then...just enjoy the Sangio in its fullest.
