Such a sumptuous orange wine not deep but full in the best way. Almost creamy. Grapefruit sorbetto. Great for groundhogs day or when you think it’s spring but still have to or want to wear your puffer

Чайный гриб, апельсин, легкий маринадный рассол. Дикая штучка, но ничего плохого не вижу.

Like some sour beer, unfiltered and like drinking summer sun rays that filtered through cool hay.

Bright fruits, grapefruit, almost vinegar tasting in a good way. Refreshing orangina ☄️

A deep, full, but eminently drinkable orange Malvasia, a prime example of how rich and complex these can be. Grilled peach, persimmon, blanched almond, and a long finish that leaves you salivating for another sip. Bright acidity, but not too much, nor is it particularly funky. Love love love.
