Very charming and rich rosé. A lot of watermelon flavor gives way to peppery notes and crisp acidity that reminded me that there is a lot of Counoise in this blend (Mourvedre makes up the remainder). Very good and suitable for those occasions when a standard issue Provençal rosé might be overwhelmed.
