What a beautiful wine especially at this price. There’s a dark caramel and bread/yeast component that is pretty strong but it is nicely balanced with pears and apple. There’s a good amount of stone and I also get some red fruits like strawberry or maybe plum. Overall an outstanding champagne at any price but even better at 50.
