One of the first wines I tasted on recent Tuscany visit celebrating @Steven Perlman. I remember it being soft, open, and refreshingly unadorned stylistically, a very nice vino nobile for current quaffing

Had a bottle at Rosso Rubino in Montepulciano!!! This was excellent!!! Especially considering it’s not a Riserva. Aromas of dark cherry, tobacco, and earth. Very smooth with a long finish. Highly recommend Rubino Rosso for dinner. We ate there twice during our stay and both experiences were perfect.
