One Hundred Percent Hand Crafted South Australia Shiraz

The 2013 and 2012 vintages are delicious! Just not the 2014!

Dark ruby in color with a wide brick /red rim.

Fruity nose of blueberries, blackberries, sweet cherries, light plums, wood, light vanilla, licorice, spices and peppercorn.

Medium to full-bodied and extremely smooth, with medium acidity and long long legs.

Dry and fruity on the palate with blackberries, plums, cherries, spices, licorice, cedar, leather, earth, vinaigrette, spices and black pepper.

Medium finish with soft tannins.

This two year-old Shiraz from South Australia seems to be a little oxidized. Surprising, since this is a screw cap. Nonetheless this is really enjoyable, by itself or as i had it, paired with the sunset.

Good right out of the bottle and got a little better after 30 minutes. I bit sour at the very ending but otherwise very nice and smooth.

14.5% alcohol by volume.

Enjoyable wine but did take a while to open up. Nice mouth feel with dark fruits.

Really enjoyed this shiraz. An easy, smooth drink with bold flavors. I'll buy again.

It isn't cake.... And it isn't layered.... But it is smooth and unoffensive, if not overly sugared...

Bold, tannic, hint of mocha and mint. While this wine had its merit, the burn of the alcohol was more pronounced than any of the aforementioned flavors.

Glorious fruit bomb. Full flavored character with long legs.

Katie said that is was again a hit, this time with Lani and Ash. So much so that they didn't leave any for me.

Spicy and full, enjoyed with some chocolate

Cherry and plum flavors. Light bodied and delicious. Every time I have this, I enjoy it more.
