Medium plus in body, crisp and refreshing, with medium plus acidity.

Dry on the palate with citrus, grapefruits, green apples, spices, minerals, sea salt and white pepper.

Medium plus on the finish with spices and tangy limes.

This is a nice Sauvignon Blanc from California. Nicely balanced with mild complexity, crisp and refreshing.

Good by itself or with food. I had it by the pool on a nice day with creamy cheeses and crackers.

A little to tart for me. But overall good.

Okay but kind of boring. One sided and "flat" according to my husband.

Any layer cake is worth it!
