A bit more complex than your standard New Zleand Sauvignon blanc with a rounder pallate while still retaining the delicious new Zealand characteristics of gooseberry, grapefruit and fresh cut grass. [3/23/25] ($17)

Amazing passion fruit and guava that hits you right off the bat, but balanced with great acidity. Refreshing and perfect for summer

Pale lemon colour in the glass. Evidence of legs.
Clean on the nose with notes of medium(+) intensity. Primary aromas:
1. green fruit: gooseberry;
2. citrus fruit: grapefruit, lemon;
3. tropical fruit: mango, passion fruit;
Secondary aromas of yeast, no tertiary aromas.
At a developing stage.
On the palate it is dry with pronounced flavour intensity. High acidity, medium alcohol, medium(+) body, long finish.
Well balanced, very complex. Outstanding wine. Drink it now, not suitable for further ageing.
