Drinking really great right now. Perfect sip for the end of olive harvest.

Really smooth for being 15.9%. Very powerful and rich fruits jump out of the glass. Paired great with lamb chops.

This wine will put the lead in your pencil! If you like the stuff that stains the teeth and makes the lips purple, look for no further than this.

Put this baby in a decanter for 90 mins and you’ve got an elegant expression of Paso mouvedre. Although it’s only 20%, the fruit is sings through resolves tannins with the Syrah coming I with secondary flavors of pepper spice and a hint of leather. I️ had the estate cuvée recently and the fruit was all but gone so I️ pulled this on its 10 year and was pleasantly surprised. Wish I️ had more.

Big and ripe but balanced and in a good spot now. Better than a couple years ago and has plenty of life left. Nose more akin to port after a couple of days when compared to cdp. Definitely worth trying if you like a bigger CA style of ripeness.

Lovely! Better the next day. I shoulda decanted it. Lovely blend, high in alcohol but smooth and very drinkable - not overpowering. Full and fruity but not ott. Enjoyable!

Big rich red California blend, with plenty of fruit, tannin and acid. A fine steak wine, though I had hoped that by now some of the fruit bomb character would have mellowed into a wine with more finesse and complexity. Alas no.
