Aug 24th, 2016Another nice, classic Cru Beaujolais. On the nose, dried flowers, red fruit and cracked black pepper. In the mouth, red fruits, earth and decent tannins. Good acidity. Medium-long finish. Not profound, but certainly more than simply "good" with Peruvian chicken.

Light purple, light and funky on the nose. Full fruit, juicy, mild structure, and a bit of wood. Really nice .
