Deep ruby hue. Aromas and flavors of black cherry, licorice, pepper, plum, strawberry, and toast. Medium body; medium tannins and medium-plus acidity. Easy-drinking and approachable, nevertheless with good structure and a bold finish. A solid, budget-level Rioja. 90% Tempranillo and 10% Garnacha.
