Ballard Canyon Malvasia Bianca

Best Malvasia I have made to date. White peach, floral, grape, and green apple aromatics. Beautiful mineral finish. The 24 hour prefermentation soak payed off.

Fun wine. Very floral and bright. If Riesling and Torrontes had a kid, this would be it.

A superb white to go with our super hot weather in Nashville, paired with a Cobb Salad

Bright & fresh with stone fruits, white flowers and nice balanced acid
