A wonderful example of provencial rosé which begins full of aromas of strawberries, citrus & a hint of lilac. It has a backbone of acidity throughout the palate with a bit of body from the Syrah, and hints of chalk on the finish. An absolute perfect pairing with salmon en papillote and dining al fresco! [ 6/4/23] ($35)

Ripe strawberry & spicy raspberry compote with good acidity and a herby whiff. Highly drinkable.
