Tons of berries, dark fruit, cola, baking spices. This is a lush and big wine but also so well-balanced with nice acidity and soft tannins. Medium/long finish. And quite youthful. Two hour decant.

Decidedly dark fruit profile with impressive boldness, tawny and rich with sweet plum and warm mouth coating tannins. In a tumbler by a bonfire with s'mores 🍫 on our last night at the beach 👌🏽🔥🍷

Stewed mix berries on the nose. Well resolved but still showing some soft tannins. Ripe & juicy blackberries, dark cherries, cherries, stewed plums, rhubarb, steeped tea, black cherry cola, licorice, raisin, sweet spices, soft grainy brown volcanic minerals, fresh & dry red florals, bright acidity and a nice lean elegant finish.

Time for my Friday's Cabernet fix...
Inky in color with a short purple rim.
Strong nose of blackberries, plums, cherries, black currants, cedar, leather, licorice, vanilla, vegetables, chocolates, tobacco, herbs, spices, peppercorn, bell pepper and earth.
Full bodied, bold, rich and extracted with medium acidity and long long legs.
Dry and extremely fruity on the palate with blackberries, plums, black currants, cooked cherries, cedar, leather, chocolates, tobacco, vanilla, licorice, earth, coffee, spices, pencil lead and peppercorn.
Long finish with firm, round tannins and spices.
This Napa Cabernet is awesome (and expensive). Nicely balanced and complex with lots of chocolate and coffee flavors.
Could use a few more years in the bottle to mature properly, but drinking extremely well now.
Good all by itself or with food, like BBQ Meats. I paired it with hard cheeses and appetizers.
I decanted it for 3 hours, but it was nice enough right out of the bottle.
Drank from a Magnum. Delightful and delicious.
14.7% alcohol by volume.
