Select Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Pale lemon color. Aromas of wet grass, charcoal, turf, rubber garden hose, dried peat, vanilla extract, and subtle earthy aromas. Smells like a wet forest trail just after a fresh rain! Medium finish.

The select shows really pronounced high notes. Salt and smoke. So much salt and smoke.

Great single malt for one not liking party task.

Peaty, oaky, smoky, oily goodness. More Bourbon-style sweetness than the 10 yr. Ashy mouthfeel. Dry, limey finish.

Too peaty for me, but my Partner loves it.
