Easy going blend of Malagoisia and Asyrtiko. Floral, mineral (specially on day 2), with some Apple and citrus.

Wonderful little Greek blend of assyrtiko and malagousia. Floral nose. Light with well balanced acidity.

very faint bubble, not sure whether it’s intentional or not, but decent blend of malagousia to assyrtiko
