Very rich with dry apples and butter. Very elegant bubbles and pleasant finish. Balanced acidity, not very strong but just right. Elegant champagne

One of the oldest champagne houses. Lost most of its reputation in the 90s. Good to see they are fighting back because I was pleasantly surprised by this bottle.

Something crisp and refreshing before kicking off another legendary KWN at Casa di Haro. Meyer lemon and baked apple pie notes, enveloped in crushed stone. The finish is long and mouthwatering. Quite elegant.
