Nice Dry with a strong initial grape hint

Always approachable and easy to drink, and pretty good value for Champagne

Citrus and stone fruits on the nose and in the mouth, backed up with plenty of lemon pith and gravel. Youthful with racy acidity. Light but lingering finish. Good balance. Would work well with oysters and other shellfish.

Pale, lemon colour.
Aromas of toasted brioche, baked lemon, lemon custard.
Dry. Flavors of green apple, fresh lemon, salty mineral finish.

More lightly tart notes than expected. Also, larger bubbles than expected.

Light, crisp, not too bubbly, with a tart aftertaste.
