Aged #barossa yumminess. Showing more developed characteristics is earth, leather and spice. At the same time though still had some good fruit and acidity.

Out of magnum. Some heat on the nose that is joined by dark fruit and mint. A very much toned down palate compared to release. A smooth combo of licorice, spice and oak.

Attractive nose of spicy fruit (fruit cake?). Concentrated dark berries gripping the front palate, and good length.

Old-vine Barossa Shiraz (1843) Cassis, mulberry, exotic spice, black tea with focused acidity on the palate, stony minerality and gritty tannins for days.

2002 vintage- beautifully integrated, soft dark fruits and spice supported by a bold yet balanced mouthfeel of tobacco, prune and plum jam. Drinking beautifully with plenty of time up it's sleeve. Amazing piece of Australian history. Made from vines planted in 1843, thought to be the oldest Shiraz vineyard in the world!
