Santa Barbara County Cabernet Franc

Bright and fruity - loads of violet, cherry, dried herbs, tobacco, cassis, red plum, blackberry, black cherry. Medium tannin, high acidity- very good food wine

This is a very enjoyable cab franc - more juicy and less herbaceous than many but still with crisp acidity, ripe tannins and very good structure. Blackberry, violet, tobacco leaf, elderberry, raspberry and wild strawberry.

Blackberry, violet, dried herbs. Juicy, good acid.
