This was their Bourgogne Blanc. Super rare producer who’s wines have become almost impossible to source. Notes of citrus, stone fruit that is rich & fresh on the palate with mineral, chalk & white flower.

Definitely tasted like chassagne Montrachet. Too young. Would have needed many hours of air. Acidity pretty high. Nutty with a nice reduction. Golden yellow fruit.

This was good! There was a low-reaching flavor to this that I wasn’t used to, not having consumed many Chassagne whites. Day 1 featured underripe melon and green apple, and day 2 more of a creamy experience. I both wish I had this wine years in the future and the past. Orcas

so fresh and full of pithy citrus, rather than heavy and rich, but still showing a creamy texture. I'm happy I'm waiting on their premier cru for a couple of years to see what else such purity will reveal!
