Frekt Pecorino d'Abruzzo

Ripe fruit, lemonesque super sharp acidity. Much better on second day.

Stony. Lemony acidity with some bitterness.

Deep gold but not clear in the least. Cooked honey and fresh guava on the nose. The guava comes through on the palate again, with biscuit notes and a mild, almost hidden salinity. Very light acidity, and a bit of funk (the good kind) to round it off.

Sour funky wild exciting bright yellow. Our bottle is the frekt with the 🤘🏼.

Extra fruity for an orange wine. Not too fermented tasting. One of the better orange wines I've had

Oväntat mycket smak av röda bär för ett skalmacererat vin. Plus apelsinzest och aprikos, med hög syra. Svingott

Nice. Departure from aged powerhouse orange wines of recent. Fresh light. Went well with Greek salad.

Minerally, briny, peachy 🍑 , and slightly floral. So good. @Rebecca Brickman @Emma Whisler you’re right, it smells like matches.

Apple cider vinegar, in the best possible way. Emma says it smells like matches.
