Very pretty nose. Green apple and kiwi candy, marzipan, nice minerality. Everything well balanced, though a touch angular and some bitterness on the finish. Maybe needs time? Beautiful label! Disgorged ‘19.

Super chalky and fresh. Shows remarkable class and pedigree. It is complex for brut nature with lots of yeasty brioche and crisp green apples as the core. A touch of marzipan as well but still very energetic
