Dosage 1g/L. 66 months on the lees. From 55-yr-old vines on the West Bank of the Petite Montagne de Reims. 100% Pinot Noir (not a blend). 1752 bottles, 30 magnums. Electric acidity, yeasty lemon and a saline finish. With chicken thighs on mushroom orzo. Happy Easter!
