Vintage 2012 | coming into its tertiary period. Lost its fruit, oak more in front. ‘Richesse’ as the French would say, but a bit onedimensional. Paired with chicken.

Vintage 2012 - The difficulty of top vintages is that you have to wait so long before the wine is at it’s prime. This 2012 is drinking great right now, beautiful balance and smooth. Vivid. #pauillac

Fruity, gentle, smooth and pleasant. Not sweet or dry. Not much tannins. A bit of bitterness. Lots of cherry after taste. Like a laid back, refreshening, relaxing n pleasant young lady.

I think it’s my first Pauillac. Not as full bodied as I expected but still enjoyed. Rich and fruity but not sweet. Happy New Year!

Fruity medium body wine, not tannic but a little bitter. Aroma not strong but can smell ripe fruit and tasted strong pepper.

Smelled of black cherry and maybe licorice. Really nice and smooth. Small amount of tannins
