Nose - chalk, soil and strawberry candies. Appearance - really turbid and muddy looking. Looks unfiltered but it’s not a natural wine producer. Medium weight though despite all the particles in it which makes it really interesting. Main tasting characteristics- unripe cherry and tart plum. Finishes with a little acid and zing but clean if that makes any sense. Really nice alternative to Cab Sav to go with steak!
