濃密でエネルギッシュ。りんごの蜜や、（干し）柿、アプリコット、コンポート…味わいも香りも複雑…
すごい…

Pinkish-orange in color, maybe dark coral; first note on the nose is barnyard followed by citrus; palate has a hint of sweetness then there’s grip and more grip, but positively it does seem to lessen, and there’s ample acidity working with the sour citrus flavors.
