Jul 6th, 2017Medium burgundy color, earthier nose of cigar box, raspberry, rose petal, mint, violet, leather and mineral, medium body with nice acidity and mouth puckering acidity, again, feel more feminine vs their Barbaresco, made from 50+ years old vine, very firm and unyielding tannin, this needs good patience, tastes of cranberry, raspberry, tobacco, cedar, mineral, and espresso, long structured finish, plumy aftertaste.
