Bright garnet color with a ruby core. Aromas and flavors of red cherry/raspberry, plums, leather, rose petals and black licorice. Wonderful earthy element on the long finish. Fine silky tannins and beautifully light bodied. Extremely well integrated, long lasting and elegant. Quite the crowd pleaser.

Cherry, tobacco, and leather on the nose. First sip finds the wine to be mildly acidic with light tannins. Strawberries and hints of umami on the palate. It opens up after about 30 minutes.
