This a rich, fruit forward Nebbiolo with notes of black cherry and cassis. The bottle age has added some accents of dried flowers and a hint of tobacco. The tannins are sweet but with a nice touch of austerity. The flavors echo the palate with cassis and black cherry fruit. An impressive finish for fruit from young vines.
