La Spinetta! We’ve had and enjoyed wines from this producer in the past and this wine is no exception. 👍👍👍
It’s a medium ruby wine with garnet influences. 👁🍷
👃It offers developing aromas; aromas include primary notes of red cherry 🍒 , cranberry, black currant, plum skin, tomato leaf 🍃 , pine, juniper, dried mint, dill, coriander; also secondary notes of cardamom, nutmeg 🪵 ; and tertiary notes of forest floor, leather, and tobacco. The flavors coincide with these aromas but with added textural dimension. 👌👌
It’s impressively fresh even with some bottle age. The green and herbal notes add extra lift. 🌱🌱🌱
It has a solid structure with high alcohol (14%), firm tannins, medium(+) acidity, medium(+) body. 💪 Excellent value at $23 / bottle.
