Finish 35+. They used to treat the wines of Tuscany the same as the piedmont wines so new oak which does not work well with Sangiovese so they have learned and changed their style so no new oak in these wines today

100% Prugnolo Gentile. With some age this is drinking nicely. Dried flowers, dark cherry, and toasted fennel. Delicious and food friendly Toscano Rosso.
