It's not every night that you get a reggae lesson from your Spanish Wine buyer- so I thought I should open something special to go with the great chicken thighs that Cinnamon made. This bottle was spectacular- so much leathery intrigue, truffle like complexity and still completely focussed on the finish. An vid lovers vintage with resolved tannin and time in hand. This wine will outlive me!

Feb 12th, 2015Worthy of being poured next to '76 DP Oenotheqe! We served this with rabbit and this ultimately laid back, woodsy, subtle Rioja shared its charm slowly. Seamless texture, warming finish, still plenty of fruit!
