...I freakin love the 2007's from Tuscany. They're all just so... Friendly and encouraging. With just a bit of a decant, the Pieve Brunello opens right up and displays warm cherries, a bit of pipe tobacco, and a mouthfeel that (given time to breathe) feels like a warm hug. It's a goody, and a solid representation of what I think is a glorious 2007 vintage.
