Very good. Like the typical merlot pencil shavings scent on the nose. A tight wine that keeps it's freshness without getting thin.

Fab 2nd wine of L'Eglise Clinet @ £44 from top year 👍 Good now but given 5+ yrs will be 94-96 easily 😁

👄 Med body of sweet silky ripe blackberry, dried red berry, cocoa, rich dark plum w/ dry fine tannins

🎯 Long sweet dark fruit & mocha w/ drying finish
