Super refreshing on a hot summer day. Notes of unripe strawberry and melon. Paired well with walnut pesto bucatini.

Bland lemon zest and stone. White flower taste and light bodied with a hint of nutty aftertaste.

Went great with tonight’s Mahi Mahi. Pale yellow with aroma of green apple, lemon, and minerality. Light and crisp with a nice long finish.
