Brut Cava Macabeo-Xarel-lo-Parellada

This is a nice Cava from Spain, made in the traditional method.

Showing citrus, limes, green apples, pineapples and minerals.

Dry on the palate with medium-plus acidity and medium plus sized bubbles.

Nice crisp and refreshing. Good for parties and a good wine to sip on by the pool. A little watery on the finish, though.

Wonderful and reasonable

Nice acidity and effervescence. Not great but there’s way worse bubbly out there.

Almost tastes like blanc de blancs. Lacks the mouthfeel of champagne but is pretty pleasant. Wawhoowa
