Delicious! Smooth, velvet and goes down easy. — 2 years ago
From .360, deep brick red. Medium bodied, long finish, lead pencil, smooth and balanced. — 4 years ago
Enjoyed this for years, but hadn’t seen it in a while and realized they changed their label - big time. Still great QPR: Tempranillo but darker fruit profile, licorice, earthy, swarthy, musky w/vanillin notes as well. Great complexity, enticing nose - equally delightful on palate, darker fruit but more like black cherry. Sturdy tannins, not elegant but provincial w/decent balance - just enough acidity to make it food friendly for charcuterie. — 4 months ago
