Super "natural" tasting. Almost lactic-y. I enjoyed it quite a bit. Awesome if you like somewhat rustic farmhouse rosé.

En Fleurette. Decanted it. Oxidative qualities relaxed on the 2nd glass. Strawberry, bracing acidity. Some tannin. Salty finish.

Honey and flaxen meadows on the nose. Flavors were quite delicate, subtle.

Unusually perplexing, but immensely enjoyable Vermont rose! Tastes more like a cider/amber wine hybridization then it's namesake. Tangy stone fruits, some mellow vermouth notes, a welcom bitters in the back end. Voluptuous wine!
