Dec 7th, 2014En Fleurette. Decanted it. Oxidative qualities relaxed on the 2nd glass. Strawberry, bracing acidity. Some tannin. Salty finish.

Jan 2nd, 2022Unusually perplexing, but immensely enjoyable Vermont rose! Tastes more like a cider/amber wine hybridization then it's namesake. Tangy stone fruits, some mellow vermouth notes, a welcom bitters in the back end. Voluptuous wine!
