Ci Confonde Pétillant Naturel Sparkling Blend

A great pet nat from Vermont. A new experience for me. Pretty.

So throughly impressed with this and so happy to have had the opportunity to have this with my meal at @HenWoodVT tonight. Truly stunning wine.

Rob says: it's a peanut butter and grape jelly sandwich on toasted whole wheat bread. It also smells like a Belgian whit. Seriously delicious.

Nose of Guava, White flowers. Strong, proud bubble. Pleasant musty attribute.

Feels like visiting a farm and barn in fall. Dry, earthy, flavor - golden hay, bruised apple, fennel seed. Mildly acidic.

Самобытная «нарядная» органолептика. Белая клубника, белая шелковица, медовые соты, свежий ананасовый сок, яблоневый цвет, арахисовое масло. Среднетелое, с пышной искристой структурой, хорошей глубиной и умеренной кислотностью. Приятное покалывающее послевкусие, в меру объемное, с ощутимой медовой сладостью. Агрессивный шёлк: интенсивно, нежно и непринуждённо. 17,5/20

Smells like an apple orchard, easily one of my favorite pet nats.

Pear cidery pet-nat. Pretty and fresh.

Whoa! The best I've had of this bottling. Tastes like a HF saison?? Tart, a hint of funk, beautiful carb. A real treat.
