What an aromatic nose. Chocolate and I'd almost say plums on the nose but it's more complex than the simple sweetness of a plum. Incredibly smooth. Plush yet in a demure sort of way. Great structure and surprisingly deft despite its richness. Dry finish.

Floral and fragrant with white flowers, Tarragon, lanolin and lemon curd.
Combines acidity with texture and rich mouthfeel from 4 months of sur lie aging.
Develops creaminess and weight.
