2021 vintage.
62 % Sauvignon Blanc and 38 % Semillon modelled on the Graves style from Bordeaux.
All fruit hand harvested.
Grapefruit pith, ginger, lemon thyme, honeydew melon and tarragon.
Rich texture though still vibrant with complexity.
Also 10 weeks of barrel sur lie.
12.3 % ABV.

Ripe white peach lime leaf, floral and hone on the nose with a touch of petrol.
Crisp apple, lime peel, ripe apricot and stone fruit with white honey.
Racy acidity with subtle hints of minerality. A combination of smooth finish with mouth watering ability creating a well balanced Riesling.
Spicy prawns with Sambal Oelek on tha BBQ were fantastic with this wine.

Again the 21B... This vintage is very soft tasting it 4+ years after vintage... Lime and yellow apple on the nose, but the palate brings more lime and crunchier apple softened with minerality... A good one.

Jan 9th, 2022This one is the 21B clone and makes for a nice dry glass of wine on the beach. On the nose, it's limey. On the palate a lot of apple notes emerge alongside that lime. A decent body here as well. A medium finish that made me think I was sitting in the orchard.
