May 8th, 2023Lovely. Not as jammy as Blue Mountain (which i love). This one leans French with a lovely earthy red fruit combination. Interesting changes in the wine with food. Served with a Tomato Parmesan dish and wild sockeye. After a bit of the tomato it really brought out the acidity in the wine. After a bite of the salmon...OMG heaven. Absolutely perfect pairing.
