Barnyardy funk and Brett all over this dark wine. Blows off quickly to leave whiffs of green pepper, ripe plums, and shoe leather. Round and full tasting of first plums and then cassis. Tannins remarkably fine. Very big acid component keeps it from being one dimensional, but the flavors are a bit thin.
