Apple, pear and pineapple, creamy, light-bodied, medium plus acidity, with a green apple lingering finish. I'm not a huge fan of Sauvignon Blanc but I would drink this again and again. I paired it with a Vegan Tom Yum Kha Thai soup and it almost tasted Riesling like but in a wonderful way. The heat in the soup filled out the wine and also brought out the sweetness of the fruit. This Sauv Blanc has converted me to its fandom! Yum yum yum!
