Easy drinking, great acidity that keeps you wanting that next sip. Strawberry, plum, raspberry, white & black pepper, smoky notes. Also a fantastic hit of spice. Nice to relax with. Drinking alone, but I imagine this is a great food wine. I'm thinking charcuterie plate.
