A whiff of vanilla and blanched almond together with pear and ripe citrus notes indicate good fruit selection and clever oak treatment here. Sadly it falls short on the palate where misplaced bitterness dominate, covering the fruit. Thankfully it has a short finish.

Long time without Chablis, finally again and so nice treat. I love fresh crispy acidic green apples toned with bit warmer honey yellow melon/yellow apples finish.
