La Chablisienne
Grande Cuvée Chablis 1er Cru Chardonnay
It's got what you came for in a Chablis, for the most part, but it finishes a little short.

Sadly it falls short on the palate where misplaced bitterness dominate, covering the fruit. Thankfully it has a short finish.
