Don Luis Cetto Selección Reservada Merlot

Of all the Mexican wines experienced on my trip, this resonated the best. Liked the black cherry, smooth aftertaste.

Translucent purple in the glass. Light bodied on the palette and finish. Smooth light bodied Merlot.

Great Mexican wine from Baja California!!!

Muy bueno

Vino púrpura intenso con cuerpo denso. Notas ligeras amaderadas, zarzamora y caramelo. Acidez y permanencia media, astringencia ligeramente elevada pero muy bien equilibrado. Me parece que puede acompañar muy bien carnes rojas con buen contenido de grasa.

Took a taste and went for the glass. Not what I expected. First time with a mexican merlot. Almost a feel of cinnamon. Dried fruits. Still mineral. Light body. Easy to pair with food but stands on it's own as a drink.
